Beautifully designed lugs from the best sources available.

I utilize a state of the art CAD program along with framebuilding equipment, jigs, and alignment equipment made for me in the US.

I miter the tubing by hand for a perfect fit, it may take longer but it is worth it. I braze the joints with silver, not brass. (Silver allows for a lower temp torch producing a stronger joint.)

Continuously through the build process, the frame is checked and rechecked to verify its alignment.
